Can a Customer Sign an Invoice?

Invoices are tied to your payments and adding a legally-binding signature to a document "locks" it so that no additional changes can be made; because of this, Invoices cannot be signed.

If you want to create a document to request a signature, we suggest you convert the Invoice to an Estimate, and then send your Estimate to a customer to be signed.
