Can I Make Reports That Only Certain Groups Can Access?

Use the Groups feature to customize who can see specific custom reports.

When creating or editing a report:

  • Click on the Available to dropdown menu at the top of the report builder.
  • Select Specific Groups.
  • Use the Groups text field to include which group(s) you want to have access to this report.

After saving, the report will only be viewable by the specific Group or Groups you added. The report will appear in the Reports tab under My Saved Reports, but will only be available to the team members in the group(s) you chose.
