Can I Make Reports That Only Certain Groups Can Access?
Use the Groups feature to customize who can see specific custom reports.
Creating a Report
Note: Before you attempt to create a report that only certain Groups can see, make certain that you have created Groups on your account.
- Select the Insights tab at the top of the page.
- Select the Classic Reports button in the top right corner.
- On the Reports page, select the Create Report button, then select the type of report you wish to create from the dropdown.
- Click on the Available to dropdown menu at the top of the report builder and select Specific Groups.
- Use the Groups text field to include which group(s) you want to have access to this report.
After saving, the report will only be viewable by the specific Group or Groups you added. The report will appear in the Reports tab under My Saved Reports, but will only be available to the team members in the group(s) you chose.
