Can I View My Team Members’ Calendars on a Mobile Device? (Android)

If you are an admin in JobNimbus, you can view other team members' calendars on the mobile app.

This feature is only accessible by team members with an Access Profile set to "Full Access" in admin settings.


To view your team members' calendars while in the mobile app: 

  1. Select the three dots at the top right of your schedule overview and choose "Options."



  2. Click on Add calendar under the "Calendars" section.



  3. Search for or select the team members you wish to see, and then hit the "back" arrow to return to the previous screen.



  4. To temporarily hide someone's calendar from your view, uncheck the box next to their name.
  5. To remove a calendar entirely, click on the three dots to the right of the team member's name and choose "Remove".

"Limited Access" users who manage a Group can also view certain team members' calendars through the Mobile App.
