Error: Customer Profile ID or Customer Payment Profile ID not found

While adding a new team member, this error is displayed and the credit is not charged.

What Causes this Error

Our JobNimbus Subscription credit card processor receives this error when your credit card bank declines the charge because the credit card account has been closed.

To correct this, you must either review your credit card or account details with your bank or use different credit card for payment.
