What Constraints Will I See With the Quickbooks/JobNimbus Integration?
Enabling Quickbooks places certain limitations on an account because of how Quickbooks is configured.
In order to mitigate errors in the sync process between JobNimbus and Quickbooks, certain features become limited.
You will see the following limitations once Quickbooks is enabled:

Custom products in Work Orders, Material Orders, Estimates and Invoices are no longer allowed.

Product add/update validations:

The colon (":") character is not allowed in the product name.

The product name must be less than 32 characters for Quickbooks Desktop.

The product limitation is 100 characters for Quickbooks Online.

Shows a "Synced to QuickBooks" box on the page (i.e. Contact/Job Workflow settings)
- You cannot add taxes in JobNimbus. You will need to add a new tax within Quickbooks.
