When its time to bill the customer, you can create invoices right from JobNimbus or convert an estimate you’ve already created into an invoice in just one click. Add special payment instructions and terms, then print or email the invoice to the customer.
When payments are received, you can record those payments on the invoice. JobNimbus allows you to track multiple payments to an invoice and then shows you the amount paid and remaining balance due. When an invoice is paid in full, JobNimbus automatically sets the status to “Paid” for you.
