How Can I Get Notified That a Form Has Been Completed?

To notify team members (such as a manager or team lead) of a submitted Form, you will need to create an Event-based Automation.

Recipe:

• Trigger type = Event based
• Event = "When a Activity is Created"
• Condition = "If Note contains (any) Form response was submitted"
  • Check the box next to "Only if Note is modified"
• Select the radio next to "Require all conditions to be true"
• Add an action for what you would like to happen once a Form is submitted.
  Remember, you can have multiple actions triggered in a single Automation.
• Save the Automation
