      How Do I Cancel JobNimbus Payments?

      Contact our Technical Support Team to cancel your JobNimbus Payments Account.

      Cancelling JobNimbus Payments

      In order to deactivate JobNimbus Payments, first select your profile picture or initials in the top right corner of your JobNimbus account, then select Settings.

      In the Settings menu, select the Financials tab, then select the Payments option.

      On your Payment Provider Settings page, select the Configure payment settings button beneath the JobNimbus Payments option.

      Toggle off the Accepting Payments option.

      This will remove any payment options within your account, but will not completely shut down your Payments account. You can toggle this option back on at any time.

       

      If you wish to remove your JobNimbus Payments account entirely, please reach out to our Technical Support team. Please be aware that removing your JobNimbus Payments account will result in the Accepting Payments option not being able to toggle back on.
