How Do I Change My Team Members' Roles?

Changing Roles

This article applies to users who signed up for JobNimbus from March 2026 onward. For information about legacy subscriptions, click here.

  • Click on your profile picture or initials in the top right corner, then select Settings.
  • Select the Team option from the Settings menu on the left.
  • Select the three dots on the far right of the team member you would like to update, then select Edit.
  • Check the box next to the role you would like to change the team member to. Then select Save at the bottom of the pop-up.
