[Leap](https://support.jobnimbus.com/integrations?hsLang=en#leap) # How Do I Enable the JobNimbus Integration With Leap? ## Learn how to connect your JobNimbus and Leap accounts. #### Create an API Key 1. In JobNimbus, click on your **profile icon or initials** in the top right corner and select **Settings** from the dropdown menu. 2. In the Settings menu on the left, scroll down to the **Integrations** section and select **API.** 3. Select **New API Key.** 4. From the Description dropdown menu, select **Leap**. 5. From the Access Profile dropdown select an [access profile](https://support.jobnimbus.com/what-does-it-mean-to-assign-an-api-key-an-access-profile?hsLang=en) with **full access.** 6. To the right of the newly created API Key, select **Copy.** #### Link JobNimbus to Leap 1. In another browser tab, log in to your Leap account. 2. From the navigation bar on the left,  click on the **CRM Integrations** dropdown. 1. Open the **JobNimbus** tab. 3. The appointments include your Contacts' personal information along with any notes you've added to the appointment. 1. From the navigation bar on the left, select the **App Settings** dropdown. 2. Open the **Appointments** tab. 3. Within the following window, locate the “Source” drop-down field and select **JobNimbus**. 4. In the "Task Types" field, use the dropdown menu to select the types you would like to sync over to Leap. 1. The options given here are pulled directly from your JobNimbus [Task Types](https://support.jobnimbus.com/can-i-customize-task-types?hsLang=en). Refer to your JobNimbus settings to adjust these results. 5. From the navigation bar on the left, select the **App Settings** dropdown. 2. Open the **Results Sending** tab. 3. From this page, locate the “APIs” dropdown field and select **JobNimbus**.  1. This allows PDFs of sent results to land in the associated Contact or Job's **Documents tab**. Choosing "Email" in addition to "JobNimbus" will also send the results to the related record via email. 4. Within the **Results** section, choose a **Title** for the field in which a Status will be selected to move the Contact or Job into upon sending the results. 5. Select a JobNimbus Workflow from the **Input Type** dropdown field. 1. The Workflow options are labeled as "JobNimbus \[Type Name\] Workflow Picker". Add additional **titles** for additional fields and configure their **input type**, if you'd like. 7. In the top-right of the page, click **Save.** #### Tell Leap to Send Contracts to Your JobNimbus Record 1. From the navigation bar on the left, select the **Contracts** dropdown. 2. Open the **Contract Sending** tab. 3. From the following window, locate the “APIs” drop-down field and select **JobNimbus**. 1. This allows PDFs of sent contracts to land in the associated Contact or Job's **Documents tab**. Choosing "Email" in addition to "JobNimbus" will also send the contract to the related record via email. 4. From the navigation bar on the left, select the **Proposals** dropdown. 2. Select **Proposal Sending**. 3. From the Proposal Sending Settings window, locate the “APIs” drop-down field and select **JobNimbus**. 1. This allows PDFs of sent proposals to land in the associated Contact or Job's **Documents tab**. Choosing "Email" in addition to "JobNimbus" will also send the proposal to the related record via email. 4.
