View and edit your **Invoice details.** 2. Select a **Tax Rate.** 3. Edit the **Payment Terms.** 4. Edit your **Section name.** 5. **Add Products** as line items. 1. This will open a sidebar where you can enter the new **Product Details**. ![](https://support.jobnimbus.com/hs-fs/hubfs/image-png-Nov-19-2024-09-51-54-0243-PM.png?width=278&height=569&name=image-png-Nov-19-2024-09-51-54-0243-PM.png) 6. **Add Sections.** 7. **Add Notes.** 8. **View a summary** of your Invoice costs and totals. 9. **Save your Invoice** and **save your invoice as a template** to use for future invoices. --- ### Adding Images to Line Items You can attach photos to individual line items on an Invoice. Each photo shows directly below its line item on the saved Invoice. 1. Check the box next to the photo you want to add in the **Add image to line item** window. Use **Search images** to find a photo by name. To add a photo from your device instead, select **Upload From Computer**. Select **Save Invoice** to ensure the attachments save successfully.
