QuickBooks Online Error: Sync is not running regularly
Error: "Unable to Access your QuickBooks Account"
If you try to run a manual sync by clicking ‘sync now’ and you get the following error:
This means the sync was disrupted from QuickBooks. There are two main causes of this:
- The QuickBooks user profile that JobNimbus was using to sync to has either been deleted or the admin access was removed.
- This can be checked in QuickBooks => Settings => Manage Users

- This can be checked in QuickBooks => Settings => Manage Users
- The JobNimbus application has been deleted from QuickBooks => Apps => "Overview"

How to fix:
The sync will have to be reauthenticated in JobNimbus. - Select "Connect to QuickBooks"
- Login or verify the account information that pulls up.

- Select "Connect"
