QuickBooks Online Error: Sync is not running regularly

Error: "Unable to Access your QuickBooks Account"

If you try to run a manual sync by clicking ‘sync now’ and you get the following error:

This means the sync was disrupted from QuickBooks. There are two main causes of this:

  1. The QuickBooks user profile that JobNimbus was using to sync to has either been deleted or the admin access was removed.
    1. This can be checked in QuickBooks => Settings => Manage Users

  2. The JobNimbus application has been deleted from QuickBooks => Apps => "Overview"

How to fix:

The sync will have to be reauthenticated in JobNimbus. 
  1. Select "Connect to QuickBooks"
  2. Login or verify the account information that pulls up.

  3. Select "Connect"
Once these steps are completed the sync should be relinked and working as normal.
