How do I determine if my sync is running?

Error: "The sync to QuickBooks Online is still set up in JobNimbus, but is not running regularly."

If you try to run a manual sync by clicking ‘sync now’ and you get the following error:

This means the sync was disrupted from QuickBooks. There are two main causes of this:

  1. The Quickbooks user profile that JobNimbus was using to sync to has either been deleted or the admin access was removed.
    1. This can be checked in QuickBooks => Settings => Manage Users

  2. The JobNimbus application has been deleted from QuickBooks => Apps => "Overview"

How to fix:

The sync will have to be disconnected from QuickBooks in JobNimbus and then reconnected.
