How Do I Download an Analytics Report?

Learn how to download an entire report or a single chart from Analytics.

 

Note: If you don't see Analytics in your navigation, enable it in NimbusLabs in your settings first.

Downloading the Entire Report

  1. Select File, then select Download… from the report page.



    You will now see the Download menu.



  2. Enter a File name. (File name will default to the name of the report if unchanged.)



  3. Select a Format.



    Available options: PNG (Image), PDF, XLSX (Excel), or CSVs (in ZIP file). PNG (Image) is selected by default.



  4. Select any of the additional formatting options you want: Expand tables (shows up to 1,000 rows in a table instead of a limited view), Arrange dashboard tiles in a single column, Hide title, or Show filter values in dashboard.



  5. Select Create File.

    You will now see a Download creation window.



  6. Once the download has finished generating, select Download to save the file when the button becomes available. The file can be found in the Downloads folder on your device.

Downloading an Individual Chart

  1. Hover over the chart, select the three-dot menu that appears at the top right. Then select Download…



    You will now see the chart-specific download window.



  2. Enter a File name. (File name will default to the name of the chart if unchanged.)



  3. Select a File type: CSV, Excel, JSON, PDF, or PNG. CSV is selected by default.



  4. You may select Apply data formatting like rounding, special characters, if you want it applied.



  5. Select a Row limit.



    If selecting Custom, be sure to specify the limit. (Limit defaults to 1000 if unchanged.)



  6. Select Download.

 

Note: Downloading an individual chart saves only that chart's data, not the display options (such as hiding the title or arranging tiles) that apply to the entire report.
