How Do I Enable Caller ID for JobNimbus on the Mobile App?

For iOS

  • Click on your Profile in the top right corner of the homepage.



  • This directs you to the following page where you can enable Caller ID.
  • Select the section that shows Caller ID.



  • This will take you from the app to your Phone Settings.
  • From your settings, select Call Blocking & Identification (if the option is not automatically selected).



  • Toggle the Call Identification Apps option on for JobNimbus.

  • Once you have enabled the Caller ID,  your contact's information will appear when you receive an incoming call. 

Note:

  • Please be aware that a Contact must be assigned to the user they are calling for this feature to work. 
  • iOS Mobile App version 2.6.0 or later is required to enable this feature. 

For Android

  • On the app's homepage, click on your Profile located in the top right corner of the screen and select account settings.
  • Locate and select the section that shows Caller ID.



  • This action will redirect you from the app to your Phone Settings where you can toggle on JobNimbus to enable Caller ID.



  • Once you have enabled the Caller ID, your contact's information will appear on your phone screen when you receive an incoming call.

Note: Please be aware that a Contact must be assigned to the user they are calling for this feature to work.
