How Do I Enable Caller ID for JobNimbus on the Mobile App?

For iOS
To Enable Caller ID on an Apple device:
- Click on your Profile in the top right corner of the homepage.
- This directs you to the following page where you can enable Caller ID.
- Select the section that shows Caller ID.
- This will take you from the app to your Phone Settings.
- From your settings, select Call Blocking & Identification.
- Toggle on the option for JobNimbus.
- Now that you've enabled the Caller ID, your contact's information will appear when you receive an incoming call.
Note: iOS Mobile App version 2.6.0 or later is required to enable this feature.
For Android
To Enable Caller ID on Android:
- On the app's homepage, click on your Profile located in the top right corner of the screen and select account settings.
- Locate and select the section that shows Caller ID.
- This action will redirect you from the app to your Phone Settings where you can toggle on JobNimbus to enable Caller ID.
- Once you have enabled the Caller ID, your contact's information will appear on your phone screen when you receive an incoming call.
