How Do I Enable Caller ID for JobNimbus on the Mobile App?

For iOS

To Enable Caller ID  through the Mobile App:

• Click on your Profile in the top left corner of the homepage
  
  
  
  
• This directs you to the following page where you can Enable Caller ID
• Select the section that shows Caller ID
  
  
  
  
• This will take you from the app to your Phone Settings to toggle on JobNimbus 
  
  
  
  

• Now that you've enabled the Caller ID,  your contact's information will appear when you receive an incoming call. 
  
  
  
  

For Android

To Enable Caller ID  through the Mobile App:

• On the app's homepage, click on your Profile located in the top left corner of the screen.
• Locate and select the section that shows Caller ID.
  
  
  
  
• This action will redirect you from the app to your Phone Settings where you can toggle on JobNimbus to enable Caller ID.
  
  
  
  
• Once you have enabled the Caller ID, your contact's information will appear on your phone screen when you receive an incoming call.
