How Do I Make a Board Visible Only to Certain People?

Groups can be used to create Boards that are viewable by specific team members.

You can use your groups to customize who sees specific Boards in your account. This will help your team members to only see what they need to.

Note: Make certain that you have enabled and added Groups on your account before you follow these steps.

Select the Jobs tab from the navigation bar at the top of the page.
Select the dropdown arrow next your Board name.
Select the three dots next to the Board you would like to edit, then select the Edit Board option.
In the Edit Board window, click on the Available to dropdown menu, then select the Specific Groups option. Then, choose the Groups you would like to have access to the Board from the Groups dropdown.
Once you have added your desired Groups, select Save Board to save your changes.

Once you have saved your changes, the Board will only be viewable by team members in the chosen Groups.
