How do I Manage My JobNimbus AI Answering Service Subscription?

Information about JobNimbus AI Answering Service subscription and billing.

To manage your subscription navigate to the Marketing tab in JobNimbus.

Once there select Billing on the left side menu. 

Under Current Plan section you will see your current subscription and the ability to Edit Plan by clicking on the pencil icon.

Clicking on the plan will show you more details about your current plan like your Monthly Payment, Cost per Phone Number, and Cost per Voice Minutes.

To cancel your JobNimbus AI Answering Service, navigate to the bottom of the Billing page and click on Cancel. This will only cancel the JobNimbus AI Answering Service, not your JobNimbus account.
