How Do I Manage My JobNimbus AssistAI Subscription?

Managing Your AssistAI Subscription

  • To manage your subscription, navigate to the Marketing tab in JobNimbus.
  • Click Launch under the AssistAI section.

  • Once there, select Settings and then Billing on the left-side menu.

Under the Current Plan section, you will see your current subscription and the ability to Edit Plan by clicking on the pencil icon.

Clicking on the plan will show you more details about your current plan, like your Monthly Payment, Cost per Phone Number, and Cost per Voice Minutes.

 

To cancel your JobNimbus AssistAI, navigate to the bottom of the Billing page and click on Cancel. 

Note:

  • This will only cancel your JobNimbus AssistAI subscription, not your JobNimbus account.
  • If cancelling your Assist AI subscription, you must reach out to your phone provider to remove the call forwarding from your phone lines.
