# How Do I Manage My JobNimbus Subscription?

## Learn how to make changes to your JobNimbus Subscription.

**Note:** Only users assigned to an**[Admin Role](https://support.jobnimbus.com/what-are-roles-and-seats?hsLang=en) with Subscription access **in their [Access Profile](https://support.jobnimbus.com/can-i-give-my-team-members-different-access-permission-in-jobnimbus?hsLang=en) will be able to view and make changes to the JobNimbus Subscription details.

For security purposes, we suggest granting this access only to trusted team members who will be dealing with your account billing.

To access your Subscription page, click on your **profile icon or initials** in the top right corner. Then, select **Settings** from the dropdown menu.

Then, select the **Admin Settings** tab,then select the **Subscription** option.

On the [Subscription page](https://support.jobnimbus.com/what-can-i-find-on-my-subscription-page?hsLang=en) of your JobNimbus account, click the **Manage Subscription **button in the top right corner.

- **Upgrade the [CRM plan](https://support.jobnimbus.com/what-are-the-different-subscription-plans-jobnimbus-offers?hsLang=en).**  
    - Changes made to your plan will not go into affect until the *next billing cycle*.
- **Purchase an [Engage](https://support.jobnimbus.com/what-is-engage?hsLang=en) plan.** 
    - You can purchase an Engage plan, which is JobNimbus' texting service through the Manage Subscription window.
    - Here, you can compare the different available options for Engage plans.

- **Add or remove the number of seats per role you pay for.** 
    - If you choose to remove seats from a role at any point, ***no credits or refunds will be issued.***
    - You must purchase a seat for each individual you intend on assigning the role to. 
    - When you [deactivate a team member](https://support.jobnimbus.com/how-do-i-add-team-members?hsLang=en#deactivate), you will continue to pay for the now-open seat unless you contact your Customer Account Executive to remove it or assign it to another user.

**Note:** [Access Profile](https://support.jobnimbus.com/can-i-give-my-team-members-different-access-permission-in-jobnimbus?hsLang=en) permissions allow you to *further* configure the level of accessibility a team member has to the features included in their assigned role.

- For example, because Estimates are included in the "Sales" role, a team member assigned to that role will have the ability to interact with the feature up to the level you have configured in their assigned Access Profile settings. 

- **Update your [payment information](https://support.jobnimbus.com/how-do-i-update-my-payment-method?hsLang=en).**
- **Choose between a monthly, quarterly, semiannual, or annual billing term.**  
    - If you switch from one term to the other, changes will not go into affect until the *next billing cycle*.

**Note:** Anytime you add a feature to your Subscription (such as another role or an Engage package) that exceeds the amount you are currently paying, **you will be responsible for the *prorated amount *at the time of purchase.** Your next invoice will reflect the total charges of all included features moving forward.
