How Do I Manage Notifications With JobNimbus AssistAI?

Learn how to setup and change your JobNimbus AssistAI notifications.

 

  1. Navigate to Marketing on the Top Navigation bar and select Launch on AssistAI

  2. Next, select the agent you want to edit.

  3. Click on Edit to the right of the Agent.

  4. Scroll down to Notification Email Addressed in the new pop-up window and enter the email addresses or phone numbers you want to receive notifications. 


  5. Click Save at the top right of the pop-up window to finalize the changes.

Note: You can enter multiple email addresses as long as they are separated by a comma. With phone numbers, make sure to include +1 before your 10-digit phone number and do not use dashes or spaces.

Keep in mind that these notifications will contain the full call transcript and a link to the call recording.

Tip: Once you have saved the changes, test out the notifications from the Agent Home Screen by clicking on the three dot menu and selecting Test Agent.
