How Do I Manage Notifications With JobNimbus AssistAI?
Learn how to setup and change your JobNimbus AssistAI notifications.
- Navigate to Marketing on the Top Navigation bar and select Launch on AssistAI
- Next, select the agent you want to edit.
- Click on Edit to the right of the Agent.
- Scroll down to Notification Email Addressed in the new pop-up window and enter the email addresses or phone numbers you want to receive notifications.
- Click Save at the top right of the pop-up window to finalize the changes.
Note: You can enter multiple email addresses as long as they are separated by a comma. With phone numbers, make sure to include +1 before your 10-digit phone number and do not use dashes or spaces.
Keep in mind that these notifications will contain the full call transcript and a link to the call recording.
Tip: Once you have saved the changes, test out the notifications from the Agent Home Screen by clicking on the three dot menu and selecting Test Agent.
