How Do I Manage Notifications With JobNimbus Connect AI?

Learn how to setup and change your JobNimbus Connect AI notifications.

 

  1. Navigate to Marketing on the Top Navigation bar and select Agent on the left side menu.


  2. Click on the three dots to the right of the Agent and select Edit Agent.
  3. Scroll down to Notification Email Addressed in the new popup window and enter the email addresses or phone numbers you want to receive the notifications.


  4. Click Save at the top right of the popup window to finalize the changes.

Note: You can enter multiple email addresses as long as the are separated by a comma. Keep in mind that these notifications will contain the full call transcript and a link to the call recording.

Tip: Once you saved the changes, test out the notifications from the Agent Home Screen by click on the three dot menu and selecting Test Agent.
