How do I Navigate Analytics?

Learn how to navigate the JobNimbus Analytics tool.

 

If you do not have access to Analytics under your Insights tab, be sure to enable it in Nimbus Labs in your settings.

Navigating Analytics

  • Access the Analytics page by clicking the Insights tab at the top of your JobNimbus page. 
  • Here, you will see the Analytics Hub. This is where you will find your Reports folders.

  • Click on a folder to view the subfolders it contains.

  • Then, select the desired subfolder and select the report you would like to see.

  • When you open a report, you will see a list of filters at the top of the page that you can adjust to your liking. 
  • Beneath the filters, you will see a series of charts that have been built into your report. 
  • In the bottom right corner, you will find the Analytics AI chatbot, which you can use to help you better understand and further dissect the information presented in the report. 
    • Note: The Analytics AI is a paid feature. 

  • Hover your cursor over a chart to reveal a three-dot menu, and select the three dots to view additional options. These include:
    • Explore: This option shows the data included in the chart, and allows you to edit what is included by selecting or deselecting option from the menu on the left. 
    • Ask a follow up question: Opens the AI chatbot where you can ask clarifying questions. 
    • Download: Allows you to download the data in the chart.
    • Alert: Will send you an email alert to let you know if a condition is nto fulfilled for a scheduled report to send successfully. 
    • Schedule delivery: Schedule deliveries of reports to your inbox.
    • Explain: Circle an aspect of the chart and prompt the AI chatbot to explain it further.
    • Filters applied: The number of filters applied to the report chart. Click this option to view which filters are applied.
    • Query ran...:  Shows when the report query was last updated.
      • Note: Reports are updated every hour (if a change in the data occurs, it will reflect the change one hour later).
  • You can use the preset topics in the AI chatbot window to delve deeper into a specific topic, or type your own question.
