How Do I Navigate Analytics in the Mobile App?

Learn how to open and view your Analytics dashboards from the JobNimbus mobile app.

Note: Analytics is available in the JobNimbus mobile app for iOS and Android. JobNimbus is not supported in a mobile browser, so open Analytics from the app rather than from Safari or Chrome on your phone.

Opening Analytics on Mobile

From the Home screen, tap Analytics. This button will be available from the Home screen on both iOS and Android, and navigating this feature is identical for each. 

  • iOS Home screen:

After selecting Analytics, you will see your report dashboards listed to select from. Choose one from the available list to open the dashboard and view your report.

What's Different on Mobile

  • Analytics on mobile shows the same dashboards and reports as JobNimbus Web.


  • Select the dropdown shown at the top of the reports dashboard to see and edit currently applied filters. You can also add filters by pressing the + Add filter button.


  • To open the chart specific actions menu, tap the chart and then tap the 3 dot menu button that appears at the top right of the chart.


  • Analytics AI is available by pressing the chat icon in the bottom right of the reports screen.


    This will open the Analytics AI chat screen where you can ask questions or choose from pre-generated prompts. See this article to learn more about how you can use Analytics AI.

  • If you would like to download the whole dashboard, scroll to the bottom of the dashboard page and press the download icon. See this article for more information on downloading reports. 

  • To initiate a report delivery or create an alert, press the Send icon at the bottom of the report dashboard. See this article for more information on scheduling deliveries and alerts.
