How Do I Navigate The Mobile App as a Subcontractor?

Learn how to use the JobNimbus Mobile App as a Subcontractor.

Apple (iOS)

Home

  • When you log in to your JobNimbus App, you will be taken directly to the Home Page. 
  • You can return to the Home Page at any time by tapping the Home icon on the bottom left of the page. 

  • In the Today's Work section, you will find a list of Work Orders that are scheduled for today's date.
    • Swipe left or right to scroll through your day's Work Orders. 
  • Under the Upcoming Work section, you can find your future Work Orders. 
  • Select a Work Order to view the Work Order details including directions to the job site, photos of the job, and a list of products needed to complete the job. 

Calendar

  • To view your Calendar, tap on the Calendar icon at the bottom of your screen.
  • Within the Calendar tab, you can view your Work Orders  and Tasks as they are schedule on your Calendar.
  • To mark a Task  as complete, tap the circle next to the Task name. 
    • This can only be done for Tasks and cannot be done for Work Orders.

   

Work Orders

  • Under your Work Orders tab, you will find a list of your Work Orders listed from oldest scheduled date to newest  scheduled date. 

  • Use the search bar to search for a specific Work Order.
    • You can search your Work Orders by typing in the Contact or Job name or Work Order number. 

Notifications

  • Under your Notifications tab, you can find your Notification Center. 
  • When you have a new Notification, you will see a red badge notification to indicate that you have an unread message.
  • To Filter your Notifications, tap on the three lines in the top right corner.
     
    • Here, you can select from the filters below by scrolling left or right and tapping the filter you want to apply.


  • Tap the three dots in the top right corner to and select Mark all as read to mark your notifications as read or delete your notifications by selecting Clear All.

Android


Home
