This does not include custom reports. - After you apply the measurements, the report PDF is added to the **Documents** tab of the Job or Contact you applied it to. The report won't import until the measurements are applied. - To view these reports later, select the **Measurements** option again under the **Financials** tab, then select **View** on the report you want to see. --- ### Ordering an EagleView Report on iOS - To order reports from EagleView on the iOS app, first go to the Job you wish to order a report for. Select **Order** to order your EagleView report. --- ### Ordering an EagleView Report on Android - To order reports from EagleView on the Android app, first go to the Job you wish to order a report for. Select **Order** to order your EagleView report. --- ### **Finding a Completed EagleView Report That Hasn't Appeared** A completed EagleView report doesn't always show in JobNimbus right away, even after EagleView emails you that the order is complete. It often shows under **Available Reports** on the Job's **Measurements** tab within a couple of hours, but it can take until the next morning. There's no guaranteed timeline. Until then, the order may still show as **In Progress** in JobNimbus. If your EagleView report hasn't appeared yet on JobNimbus Web or the Mobile App: 1. Check **Available Reports** on the Job's **Measurements** tab again after a few hours. 2. Search for the EagleView report by part of the property address. 3. If that doesn't find it, search by the full property address. 4. Once the report appears, select **Apply**. The EagleView report PDF is added to the Job's **Documents** tab only after you select **Apply**. Reports ordered through EagleView One, EagleView's newer ordering program, may not come over to JobNimbus. Disconnecting and reconnecting EagleView or searching again won't bring them in. Once it the status is **Completed,** select the **Apply button.** --- ### Importing Hover Reports on iOS - To import reports from Hover on an iOS device, navigate to the Job you wish to import an order for, then select **Measurements.** - Next to the Hover option, select **Search.** - **Type the address** of the report you want to import, then tap **Select.** - From here, you can **View or Select** the Hover report. --- ### Importing Hover Reports on Android - To import reports from Hover on an Android device, navigate to the Job you wish to import an order for, then select **Measurements.** - Next to the Hover option, select **Search.** - **Type the address** of the report you want to import, then tap **Select.** - From here, you can **View or Apply** the Hover report.   Importing Hover reports requires a Hover Pro plan.
