How do I Search for a Record in JobNimbus?

Using the Search Bar

  • Click the Search Bar and type a record keyword that you are searching for, such as a Contact name, Job name, or Invoice number.



  • Within the search window, you can scroll using your mouse or the up and down arrow keys on your keyboard, and select by clicking on a record name or selecting the enter or return key on your keyboard.

  • When a Job is highlighted (meaning that you are hovering over it but have not selected it), you can use the tab key on your keyboard to view more actions and select a quick action from the options displayed.
  • Similarly, when a Job is highlighted, you can use the right arrow key on your keyboard to view the quick look menu.
    • Here, you can use the tab key to view more actions as above or use the right arrow key to view the activity feed.

Note: The more actions menu and the quick look menu are only available for Jobs records.


Filtering Search Results

  • You can Filter your search results by selecting one or more options from the filter option list below the search bar text box. To remove a search filter, simply click the option a second time.
