How Do I Subscribe to Insights Pages?

Let Insights work for you. Get regular reports delivered right to your email inbox.

To create an Insights Page Subscription:

• Login to your JobNimbus account through the  web application.
• Select the Insights tab from the navigation bar.
• Click the action menu in the bottom right hand corner.
  
  
• This will reveal the Subscriptions bell icon, click Subscribe to Pages.
  
  
• This will open a Page Subscription window where you will create your Subscription.

1. Give your Subscription a descriptive name.
2. Select entire Pages to Subscribe to or select specific Charts you want to follow.
   1. Pages to Subscribe to:
      1. Sales - Subscribing to Sales will include the following reports: Business Overview, Leads/Close Rate, Sales, Sales Pipeline, and Sales Data.
      2. Accounts Receivable - This report will include all of the Charts on the Accounts Receivable Page.
   2. Charts to Subscribe to: 
      1. Within each Page in Insights, you can select individual Charts to Subscribe to. Example: Within the Leads/Close Rate Page, you can Subscribe to the individual reports - Lead Flow, Lead Mix, Sales Rep Scorecard, Lead Source Scorecard, etc.
         
         
3. Choose from a variety of file types you want your reports delivered in.
4. Determine the frequency at which you would like to receive your reports. 
   1. Choose a date you would like the Subscription to begin.
   2. Select the desired time of day to receive the emailed report.
   3. Specify the duration of the Subscription.
   4. Schedule the frequency for your subscription to be sent.
5. Provide the email addresses where you would like to send your Insights Subscription. 
6. Customize a subject line and email for your Subscription

To manage your Page Subscriptions:

• From the Insights tab while logged into your JobNimbus web application.
• Select the action menu in the lower right hand corner.
• Click the bell icon for Subscriptions and select Manage Subscriptions.

• This will take you to My Subscriptions.
• Click the three dot menu on the far right to unsubscribe, edit, or delete one of your Page Subscriptions.
