How Do I Text a Payment Link to My Customer on the Mobile App?
Text Your Customers a Link to Pay for Quick and Convenient Payment Processing.
On this Page:
Note: you must be signed up for both Engage and JobNimbus Payments to access the text-to-pay feature.
For iOS:
- Navigate to the Invoice you would like to request payment for and select the text icon
Once you've selected the text icon, a new message will be generated through Engage. - Within the generated message, you can edit the text content according to your needs.
- Finally, click the send icon to dispatch the message and complete the payment request.
For Android
- Navigate to the Invoice you would like to request payment for and select "Request Payment"
Once you've selected "Request Payment", a new message will be generated through Engage. - Within the generated message, you can edit the text content according to your needs.
- Finally, click the send icon to dispatch the message and complete the payment request.
