How Do I Troubleshoot JobNimbus Payments?
Before contacting JobNimbus Support for issues you may encounter, attempt the troubleshooting steps outlined in this article.
For Payment Errors
- Determine the error on the payment
- Review the "Next Steps" for that specific error on this page
Unresponsive/Unable to Reach the Payment Page
When going from Invoice, or Down Payment option:

Reload the browser page

When Contacting Technical Support
Please be prepared to provide the following information:
- # of the Invoice causing an issue
- Contact or Job #
- Error from the Payment page
- Time frame of when the transaction failed
