How Do I Troubleshoot My Web Browser?
If you are experiencing performance issues, your web browser might be the culprit. Before contacting Support, try taking the actions outlined in this article.

Browsers not officially supported by JobNimbus
Firefox

Basic troubleshooting steps:
- Refresh the browser
- Log out of/back into JobNimbus
- Close all browser tabs and then reopen a new window
- Check for available browser updates
- Test in a different browser
- If not already using, Google Chrome is recommended
- Clear your cache (be sure to set the date range to all time)
