Filtering your Boards can help you see the most pertinent information at a glance while on the go.

- Click on the three horizontal lines in the top right-hand corner to reveal a list of filters.
- Swipe left or right to navigate the options detailed below. Selecting a filter will pull up a menu at the bottom of your screen.
- Location
- If you have several locations you can choose which cards to see from a specific location.

- Type
- Choose to only show the Cards of Contacts or Jobs that belong to a specific Workflow.
- Sales Rep
- Reveal Cards of records that a specific Sales Rep is associated with.
- Assignee
- Only show Cards of records to which a specific team member is assigned.
- Subcontractor

- View only Cards of records to which a specific Subcontractor is related.
- Archived
- Here you can choose to show or hide Cards that fall under an archived List. Find additional information about archiving in this article.
