Selecting a Custom Page to Start Customizing

  1. Scroll through the JobNimbus + Canva PDF to find the custom page you wish to use.
  2. Click on the preview image of that custom page.
  3. Allow the link to open in your browser (if applicable)
  4. Verify that the custom page you see if the one you would like to start customizing.
  5. One of three options will present itself based on your history using Canva:
    1. If you already have a Canva account and are logged in the template will open a copy in your Canva account
    2. If you already have a Canva account and are not logged in you will be prompted to log in
    3. If you are new to Canva you will be prompted to create a free account

Customizing Your Custom Page

  1. You will need to drag and drop your logo into the Upload section on the left side of the Canva page.
  2. Drag a drop logo into the box on the page that says Your Logo Here (if applicable).
  3. Click on the various text boxes to edit text and color blocks to change colors.
  4. You may drag and drop a new image into any image sections of the page as well.
  5. If the page has a link or play button, click on the button, click the chain link icon, paste in your desired URL.

Saving & Downloading Your Custom Page

  1. In the top right of your browser you will see the name of your page Copy of .... You can click on that text to edit and rename the page.
  2. Then click the Share button in the top right corner.
  3. Click Download.
  4. Click the drop down menu under File Type.
  5. Select PDF Standard.
  6. Click Download.

Note: If your custom page if not downloaded as a PDF, it will not be able to be used as a custom page template. Make certain your file is downloaded as a PDF.

Adding the New Custom Page to Your New Sales Experience Layout Account

  1. Click your Profile Picture in the top right hand corner, then select Settings
  2. Under Settings, select Estimate Settings on the left-hand side
  3. Select Sales PDFs
  4. Select the Click to Upload link or drag and drop your PDF from its location to upload it. Once it is uploaded it will show at the bottom of your page in the Files section. 


To Use Your Custom Page in Your Estimates

  1. In your Estimate Settings, select Estimate Layouts.
  2. From here, you can either create a new Estimate Layout by clicking the blue + Estimate Layout button in the top right or you can select the pencil icon on an existing layout to edit it.
  3. On the Pages menu on the left-hand side, click on + Add Custom Page.
  4. Select the Sales PDF option, then select the PDF you wish to use under the Files section.
  5. Click and drag your Pages in the Pages Menu on the left-hand side to organize your layout pages in the order you would like them to be presented.
