How Do I Use Photo Conversation Threads?
Communicate with team members through photo threads
- Navigate to the Contact or Job you have a photo on, and select the Photos tab.
- If the photo has existing comments, the prompt will show See Comments
- If the photo does not have any comments yet, click Add Comment to start the conversation
- Manage photo preferences and comments on the right side of your photo.
1. Make your comments Public or Private
2. Add a Description to your photo
3. Save the Description
4. View Existing comments
5. Reply to specific comments
6. Enter a new comment
7. Click the @ icon to view your list of team members to Mention - You will receive a notification through the notification center when someone mentions you in a photo thread. Click the notification to go to the thread.
Tips:
- Photos should be in a supported file format such as JPEG, JPG, or PNG and stored within the "Photos Tab" on your contact or job.
- Photo thread comments are limited to 3,000 characters.
