Using the Job Workflow and Boards Builder
Creating and Editing Boards & Workflows
- To access the Job Workflow and Boards Builder, click on your profile picture or initials in the top right corner, then select Settings.
- From the Settings menu on the left, select the Job Workflow & Boards Builder option.
- Here, you will see any Boards and Workflows that you have already built or that have been pre-built on your account.
- To edit an existing Board/Workflow, simply click on the option you wish to edit. To create a new Board/Workflow, click the +New Job workflow button in the top right corner. The processes for both are similar.

- If creating a new board, select whether you would like to build a workflow from scratch or import statuses from an existing workflow.

- Select your desired workflow type and name it.
- Importing statuses will show a list of stages and statuses in columns as they are in the workflow they were imported from. Creating a workflow from scratch will show a list of stages with no statuses assigned.
- To create a new board column and status, select the + button in the top right corner of the stage and type the name of the column you would like to associate with the Stage.

- Click on the three dots to move the status to a different stage, archive records in the status, or remove the status.

- Once you have added the statuses to your board, select the Create Workflow button at the bottom of the Create Job Workflow window.
- If you are editing an existing board/workflow, you will see a window asking if you would like to sync your boards and allowing you to select which boards you would like to sync or if you would like to create a new board.
- Be sure to select the sync button at the bottom of the window to save and sync your changes.

To make more advanced changes to workflows, such as QuickBooks sync or Access Profile permissions, go back to your settings and select the Job Workflows option from the settings menu.

Select the three dots next to the desired workflow and select edit.
- Select the three dots next to the specific Status you would like to edit, and select edit.
- Here, you can make changes to the QuickBooks sync and Access Profiles permissions.

- Be sure to click Save to save your changes.
