QBO Error - "Estimate skipped because QuickBooks Product or Discount not found in JobNimbus"

Explanation: The product used on the estimate in QuickBooks did not sync to JobNimbus

How to fix:

  1. Locate the Estimate in QuickBooks.

    1. If there is a line item with the word (deleted) next to it, it is inactive in QuickBooks.

  2. Go to your Products & Services list in QuickBooks.

  3. Click on the filter icon at the top and select the status of "Inactive"; Apply.



  4. Locate the product in QuickBooks and make it active

    1. Once it syncs, the financial record with that product should also sync

    2. Once the financial record syncs, you can then "hide" the product within JobNimbus and make it "inactive" in QuickBooks if you do not want it to be used in the future.

    Retry the record to ensure it syncs.
