QBO Error – “Payments That Consist of Both a Regular Payment and a Credit Memo Are Not Currently Supported and Will Not Sync to JobNimbus”
If a Payment and a Credit Memo were applied in the same transaction, they cannot sync.
How to Fix:

Locate the transaction in QuickBooks.

Edit the transaction and uncheck either the payment or the credit memo to apply to the invoice.

Hit Save
-
Click on the unapplied credit memo or payment and, in a separate transaction, apply it to the invoice.
-
Go into JobNimbus and Retry Records.
