QBO Error – “Payments That Consist of Both a Regular Payment and a Credit Memo Are Not Currently Supported and Will Not Sync to JobNimbus”

If a Payment and a Credit Memo were applied in the same transaction, they cannot sync.

How to Fix:

  1. Locate the transaction in QuickBooks.

  2. Edit the transaction and uncheck either the payment or the credit memo to apply to the invoice.

  3. Hit Save

  4. Click on the unapplied credit memo or payment and, in a separate transaction, apply it to the invoice.

  5. Go into JobNimbus and Retry Records.
