QBO Error – “This Product Is a Category Item in QuickBooks.”

Explanation - QuickBooks has a feature called “categories” which allows you to organize products. Because JobNimbus does not have this feature, we are not able to support categories for Products and Services.

How to Fix:

You can delete the category in QuickBooks and then "retry" the sync

• Within your QuickBooks account, go to Sales > Products and Services > More > Manage Categories
• Delete the categories here
• Retry the records
