QBO Error - "This Record Can't Sync Because It Contains Group Lines."

Explanation: “Grouped” Items is a feature that is only available on products through QuickBooks, not JobNimbus.

This feature allows you to group individual products with one another if you often sell them together; when a group of items is chosen, they will auto-populate into an estimate or invoice all at once.

Since JobNimbus does not offer this same feature, invoices with “grouped” products on them will not sync.

To ensure the documents sync:

  • Locate the invoice in QuickBooks

  • Add the items from their respective “group” individually to the invoice

  • Delete the grouped items from the invoice

  • Save the invoice

Retry the records in JobNimbus.
