What Do the Different Payment Statuses Mean in JobNimbus Payments?
Understanding the Meaning of Payment Statuses in JobNimbus
Status | Meaning |
Approved | Transaction will go through but money has not been withdrawn from the customer’s bank account |
Captured | Transaction is still pending, but money has been withdrawn from the customer’s bank account |
Settled | Money is, or will shortly be, available in the merchant’s processing account. (Typically, 1 -2 days for CC, 2-4 days for ACH) |
Failed | Transaction failed for one reason or another, you can go into the transaction and view the exact failure reason |
Returned | ACH payment return, mainly due to incorrect account number or insufficient funds in the customer’s account |
