What do the Statuses Under the Payments Tab Mean?
Learn what the statuses are under the Payments tab in your JobNimbus account.
There are two types of Statuses that you will find under the Payments tab.
Disbursement Statuses
The first status that you will see is in the status column on the far right side of the dashboard.
There are two statuses that you can see here.
- Processed, meaning that the disbursement has been processed to your bank.
- Processing, meaning that the disbursement has not yet processed to your bank.
Payment Statuses
When you expand the dropdown arrow to view the individual payment details, you will find the payment Statuses.
There are three different Statuses that you can see here:- Pending, meaning that the payment is still pending action by the bank(s) and has not yet processed.
- Settled, meaning that the money is, or will shortly be, available in the merchant’s processing account (typically, 1 -2 days for CC, 2-4 days for ACH).
- Returned, meaning that the payment failed and was returned to the bank account of origin. This is often due to and incorrect account number or insufficient funds in the customer’s account.
