The Fence Measurements Tool lets you draw a customer's fence line on a satellite map of the Job's address. You can also mark structures, gates, and trees. As you draw, it totals the fence length. When you export, it counts posts, sections, and gates and creates a PDF you can share with your customer. The tool is available in the Mobile App on iOS and Android. Click on your **profile icon or initials** in the top right corner of JobNimbus Web. Then, select **Settings** from the dropdown menu. 2. Select the **Features** option in the **Settings** menu on the left-hand side. 3. Pan and zoom the map to the property. The pin marks the Job's address. If the pin is on the wrong house, drag it to the correct spot. The toolbar at the bottom of the screen has four tools: **Structures**, **Fences**, **Gates**, and **Trees**. Tap **Structures** in the bottom toolbar. 2. Tap the **check mark** in the bottom toolbar to save the structure. #### Fences 1. Tap **Fences** in the bottom toolbar. 2. Tap the map where the fence starts, then tap each corner to add a point. Drag any point to adjust the line. Tap the **X** in the **Gate Properties** window to close it. #### Trees 1. Tap **Trees** in the bottom toolbar. 2. Tap the **check mark** in the top right corner, then tap **Save & Export**. Review the **Homeowner** section on the **Fence Measurement** screen. Review the **Summary** for **Posts**, **Sections**, **Overall Length**, and **Gates**. 5. Tap the **check mark** in the top right corner to create the PDF. The **Measurement Report** opens. 6. Drag any point to adjust the line. Tap the **Gate** icon in the bottom toolbar, then tap the fence line where the gate goes. Swipe down to close **Gate properties** or tap outside of the Gate properties menu. #### Trees 1. Tap the **check mark** at the top of the screen, then tap **Save & export**. Review the **Home owner info** section on the **Fence details** screen. Enter the **Material** under **Fence details**, then tap the **Default height** (4 ft to 7 ft) and **Section size** (6 ft or 8 ft). Tap the **check mark** in the top right corner to create the PDF.
