Where Can I View My Team's Activity?
Learn to use the Team Activity Report to see your team members' activity during a specified date range.
Team Activity Report
On the Team Activity Report, you can view Team Member-specific activity such as logins, Tasks created, and Job and Contact creation.
To view the Team Activity Report, click on the Insights tab at the top of your JobNimbus page. Then, select the Classic Reports button in the top right corner.
On the Classic Reports page, click on the Team Activity button.
Once you are on the report page, you can:
- Adjust the Date Range for when the activity was recorded.
- Check or uncheck this box to Show team members with no activity for the time period.
- Add or Remove Columns from the report.
- View your team's general activity.
- Clicking on a Team Member's name under the "User" column will take you to their contact page where you can see specific activity (such as emails, for example) that they have created in JobNimbus.
