To ensure you receive the best possible support, we recommend connecting with Leap directly regarding their features (such as price guides, templates, app settings, etc.) since they are the experts in their program.

  • Fields/appointment types/custom fields not showing in Leap.
  • The Leap mobile app.
  • Files not sending back to a JobNimbus Record.
  • A lead/task not being updated in JobNimbus.
