Why Are Estimate Emails Being Sent Multiple Times?
If a customer views an estimate after 7 days, a new link will be sent for them to view the estimate.
Estimate links expire after 7 days.
If your customers are reporting that they are receiving multiple emails with an estimate link, please be aware that this is because they have opened the link to view their original estimate link 7 days or more after the original email was sent.
New links sent for expired estimates are not logged in the Job or Contact's activity feed. They are only tracked in JobNimbus' internal email server.
If the link is expired, your customer will see an alert that says, “This quote has already been signed” and the email address of their sales representative. If the link is still active, they will see a read-only PDF. It is suggested to have the customer save the PDF for their records.
