Why Are Estimate Emails Being Sent Multiple Times?

If a customer views an estimate after 7 days, a new link will be sent for them to view the estimate.

Estimate links expire after 7 days. 

If your customers are reporting that they are receiving multiple emails with an estimate link, please be aware that this is because they have opened the link to view their original estimate link 7 days or more after the original email was sent. 

New links that are sent will be reflected in your Job or Contact's activity feed.

If a quote has already been signed and the client clicks the link to view it, they will still receive a new link. However, they will not be given the option to sign again. Instead, they will simply see a copy of their signed quote.
