Why Aren't My SRS Products Showing a Unit of Measurement?

SRS products imported before accounts switched to the New Sales Experience will show colors instead of units of measurement. Learn how to correct this below.

If you imported products from SRS before transitioning to the New Sales Experience (i.e. the new estimates)  in JobNimbus, you may notice that it is showing colors rather than units of measurement. If this is happening on your account, follow the steps below. 

  • Go to your settings by clicking your profile picture or initials in the top right corner, then select Settings.
  • Once there, select the Suppliers option from the left-hand side. 
  • Select the Configure Settings option next to SRS New Sales Experience.
  • Next, select Import Templates. You will receive a blue alert banner beneath the Import section indicating that your import has started.
  • Once your items have imported, you can search your Products and Services list for your newly imported SRS items. They will now show multiple units of measure to reflect the current SRS catalogue.
    • You can edit each of the units of measure's labor and markup by selecting the Edit button next to the item.
