Why Aren't My SRS Products Showing a Unit of Measurement?
SRS products imported before accounts switched to the New Sales Experience will show colors instead of units of measurement. Learn how to correct this below.
If you imported products from SRS before transitioning to the New Sales Experience (i.e. the new estimates) in JobNimbus, you may notice that it is showing colors rather than units of measurement. If this is happening on your account, You have two options to update your UOM.
Option One
- Go to your settings by clicking your profile picture or initials in the top right corner, then select Settings.
- Once there, select Suppliers.
- Next, select the SRS Distribution tab. Then, select Import Templates.

- Once your items have imported, you can search your Products and Services list for your newly imported SRS items. They will now show multiple units of measure to reflect the current SRS catalogue.
- You can edit each of the units of measure's labor and markup by selecting the Edit button next to the item.

Option Two
- Go to your settings by clicking your profile picture or initials in the top right corner, then select Settings.
- on the Settings menu on the left, select Products and Services.
- Locate the SRS-linked product the Products and Services search bar by searching the SRS SKU.
- Select Edit on the the product and change the Unit of Measure to the correct value.
- Select Save to update the UoM.
