Why Can My Team Members With Limited Access See Records They Are Not Assigned To?
If a user has limited access but can see Jobs or Contacts that they are not assigned to, it may be because of your workflow settings.
Workflow Settings
Review your Workflow Settings to check if the Access column is listed as Assignees or Everyone.
If the Access Profile assigned to the Workflow is set to Everyone it means that any member of the team will have access to view those records, regardless of their individually assigned profile.
To correct this, edit the Workflow and change who can view the records to Only Team Members that are Sales Reps or assignees.
