      Why Do My Email Notifications Not Open the iOS App

      When clicking an email notification on your apple device, follow these steps in order to direct the notification to the mobile app rather than the mobile browser.

      • While in your email app, navigate to the Default Apps Setting.
        • For Gmail, you will select the menu in the upper left hand corner.
        • Scroll to Settings and select Default Apps from the menu.

        • Select the option Default browser app and then select Done.

      • Once these settings are saved, when you select the link in an email notification from your iOS mobile device, you will be navigated to the JobNimbus app rather than your mobile browser.
