Why Is a Supplier Item Showing $0 or "Call for Availability"?
A yellow badge and $0 price means the supplier hasn't published pricing for that option and it is not a sync issue.
When you see a yellow Call for availability badge and a $0 price on a supplier line item, the supplier's catalog most likely has no published price for that product, option, and unit of measure (UoM) at the selected branch. ![]()
Call for availability still lets you submit the order. It's a separate state from Not available at this branch, which blocks submission until you remove or replace the item.
Common Reasons a Supplier Returns "Call for Availability"
- The branch hasn't published pricing for that specific SKU, option, or UoM combination yet.
- The product is custom or requires a quote at the branch level.
- The supplier's pricing system was temporarily unavailable when JobNimbus last refreshed prices.
What You Can Do
- Try a different option or UoM on the same product. A branch often prices one UoM, like bundle (BD), but not another, like square (SQ), so the same product may still be orderable under a different combination.
- Place the order anyway. A Call for availability badge doesn't block submission, and the branch will follow up with pricing once it receives the order.
- Ask your supplier branch to price the exact SKU, option, and UoM. A general report doesn't give them enough to act on, so share the specific combination that's showing $0.
How This Differs From "Not Available at This Branch"
A red Not available at this branch badge means the branch doesn't carry the product at all, even for a quote. For those items, use the Clean Up button on a Material Order to remove them, or choose a different product.
