You can create work orders to separate your work by trades and types of work. On the work order, you can list the work items that need to be completed and the materials to be used. Download, email, or print the work order and hand it to your installer & crews. Each work order has a customizable workflow and work orders can easily be tracked so you know what's scheduled, what’s in progress, and what’s completed. Work orders integrate directly with the JobNimbus calendar for easy scheduling and tracking.

To enable scheduling for work orders, from the Features of the JobNimbus Web App, scroll down to the option "Work Order Scheduling" and select the corresponding Enable button. For more regarding how job and work order scheduling works within JobNimbus, please see Scheduling & Calendars.
