How can I communicate with my Team in JobNimbus?

JobNimbus makes it easy to communicate internally with your Team.

In your JobNimbus account, you can communicate through emails and by adding notes to Contacts or Jobs.

To add a note:

  • Navigate to a Contact or Job's page
  • Click on the blue Add Note button located under the Activity Pane

This will bring up the following window:

In the Create Note window, you can:

  1. Change the note type.
    1. The default options include Note, Phone Call, Email, Meeting Notes, Text Message, Accurence, and Automation.
      Choosing "Email" will add a note to the activity feed regarding an email you or your team members have received; it will not automatically send an email to the Contact.
      The "Accurence" option will only work if the feature is enabled. "Text Message" will only work as intended via the mobile app, as this will take you to your mobile device's text messaging app to complete the process.
  2. Add text in the body of the note.
  3. Include attachments in the note.
  4. Mark the note as private. This will allow only those with access permissions to private notes to view the note.

Select the blue Save note button when you are finished creating the note.

@mentions

Within a note, you can use the @mention feature to notify your team members about the note. Use the @ sign followed by your team member's name to send them a notification of something that needs their attention.

The team member will be notified according to the Notification Preferences they have configured within their Account Profile.
