If you decide to enable [Groups](https://support.jobnimbus.com/can-i-use-groups-with-the-calendar?hsLang=en), then Limited Access users who are Group leaders will also be able to see Jobs/Contacts assigned to the team members in their Group. --- ### **Record Access** - - Record Access gives you the option to allow team members different levels of access to different types of records: 1. **No Access:** The user cannot see the records, even if they are assigned to the Contact 2. **View:** The user can see the records, but not edit them in any way 3. **Create & Edit:** The user can see, create and edit records 4. **Delete:** The user can see, create, edit, and delete records --- ### **Record Types** 1. **[Document Builder](https://support.jobnimbus.com/how-do-i-create-a-document-in-a-contact-using-a-document-template?hsLang=en):** The ability to create a document in a Job record. 1. **Note:** This *does not* affect Company Documents. This option is controlled by the Company Documents access detailed in item 3 below. 2. **[Estimates](https://support.jobnimbus.com/how-do-i-create-an-estimate?hsLang=en), [Invoices](https://support.jobnimbus.com/how-do-i-create-an-invoice?hsLang=en), and [Credit Memos](https://support.jobnimbus.com/how-do-i-create-a-credit-memo?hsLang=en):** Financial documents created under a Contact or Job. 3. [**Company Documents**](https://support.jobnimbus.com/where-can-i-store-universal-documents?hsLang=en)**:** Documents that are not attached to a specific Contact or Job, but uploaded within the **Documents** tab under your profile icon/initials in the top right corner. 1. **Note**: Enable this feature by going to **Settings **\> **Features **\> toggle the switch next to [**Company Documents**](https://support.jobnimbus.com/where-can-i-store-universal-documents?hsLang=en). 4. [**Budgets**](https://support.jobnimbus.com/how-do-i-create-a-budget?hsLang=en)**/[Profit Tracker](https://support.jobnimbus.com/what-is-the-profit-tracker?hsLang=en):** Budgets and commissions located under the **Financials** tab of a Contact or Job. 1. **Note:** This feature needs to be [enabled](https://support.jobnimbus.com/what-are-budgets-used-for?hsLang=en) to use it. 5. [**Work Orders**](https://support.jobnimbus.com/how-do-i-create-a-work-order?hsLang=en):Documents you send to your Subcontractors or use to separate your work by type. These documents are found under the Work Orders tab of a Contact or Job. 1. **Note:** This feature needs to be [enabled](https://support.jobnimbus.com/how-do-i-enable-work-orders?hsLang=en) to use it. 6. [**Material Orders**](https://support.jobnimbus.com/how-do-i-create-a-material-order?hsLang=en)**:** Documents you send to your Suppliers. [**Export**](https://support.jobnimbus.com/is-there-a-way-to-export-my-custom-reports?hsLang=en)**:** The ability to export reports, including Contact and Job reports, to a CSV or Excel file. - **[Import Contacts](https://support.jobnimbus.com/how-do-i-import-contacts?hsLang=en):** The ability to import clients from spreadsheets in addition to creating new ones in JobNimbus. - **[Bulk Edit](https://support.jobnimbus.com/can-i-edit-the-records-in-my-custom-report?hsLang=en):** The ability to bulk edit and delete records on reports, including all Jobs and Contacts. - [**Reporting and Analytics**](https://support.jobnimbus.com/how-do-i-navigate-analytics?hsLang=en)**:**The ability to view reporting tools in JobNimbus. - **Private Attachments & Notes:** The ability to view, create and mark attachments and notes as "private". - **Note:** marking something as private hides the attachment/note from the view of anyone with whom you [share](https://support.jobnimbus.com/can-i-share-information-with-people-not-on-my-jobnimbus-team?hsLang=en) a record. - In addition, Team Members will only be able to view records marked as Private if they have this option enabled in their assigned Access Profile. - [**Account Subscription**](https://support.jobnimbus.com/what-can-i-find-on-my-subscription-page?hsLang=en)**:** The ability to see and edit the credit card and subscription status for the company. - **Note:** anyone with Account Subscription Access will receive the **JobNimbus subscription invoice email** when you are billed. - **Account Settings:** The ability to see and edit anything located under Settings, including Access Profiles. - **Note:** you will not be able to share items such as Reports and Boards in JobNimbus unless you have Account Settings.  - [**Merge Records**](https://support.jobnimbus.com/how-do-i-merge-contacts?hsLang=en)**:** The ability to Merge duplicate Contact and Job records in the event of a duplicate in your account. - [**Delete Records**](https://support.jobnimbus.com/can-contacts-be-recovered-after-they-have-been-deleted?hsLang=en)**:** The ability to delete Contacts, Jobs, Documents, Photos, and any activity in the Activity tab under a Contact or Job. - **Create New Products in Financials:** The feature allows Team Members to create new Products & Services while in the process of creating a financial record, without requiring full Settings Access. - **Edit all Commissions: **Enables view and edit access for all Commissions. - **Note:** You must also set the Budgets/Profit Tracker permission in the Record Access section to **Create & Edit.** - [**Log Manual Payments**](https://support.jobnimbus.com/how-do-i-collect-and-record-payments-in-jobnimbus?hsLang=en)**: **Allows users to record manual payments in Jobs. -
