How Can I Delete Documents and Photos from Jobs and Contacts?

Discover how to delete documents and photos and what files can and cannot be recovered after being deleted.

Deleting Files

  • To delete a file, select the three dots to the far right of the desired file, then select delete.

  • Review the pop-up warning and confirm that you want to move forward with deleting the attachment.

Be aware  that this will permanently delete the file from your account.

  • This means that they cannot be recovered.
  • The exception to this is Estimates, Invoices, and Documents that have been created in JobNimbus. Review our Custom Reports article to find out how.
    • If they were created outside of JobNimbus, they cannot be recovered.
    • If you want to maintain a copy of the document you are deleting for your records, we recommend downloading the document or photo to your device before deleting it. 

      • Keep in mind that all photos, even those taken with the JobNimbus Mobile App, can never be recovered.
